By registering to the humanitarian auction I agree to the following terms and conditions:

The user is obliged to fill in all requested fields with true information only. NSD MUP-a retains the right to immediate exclusion of users that entered incomplete or false information.

The data requested for the registration will remain private and are used for auction purposes only.

Offers are processed from the auction starting date to the specified time on the ending date for each item on auction separately.

A bid must be higher than the item's starting value and higher than the achieved price for at least the amount specified under the "step" field.

After the closure of the auction the highest bidder will receive an e-mail notification of the auction results, and within a short period of time NSD MUP-a will contact the bidder via telephone.

The highest bidder is obliged to make the payment to the account of NSD MUP-a within seven (7) days. If the user doesn't fulfill the abovementioned term he will loose the right of precedence.

Post and packaging are not included in the price.
